Wake Up Those Follicles

How the heck do I do that?
Scalp massages are essential when it comes to hair growth. Massaging the scalp allows blood to flow to scalp, feeding the follicles. Daily scalp massaging improves circulation thereby improving hair growth.

Mastering the scalp massage
So, now that you've been informed about the importance of the scalp massage, let's get down to business. Put the pads of your fingers on your head and gently massage your scalp in a circular motion. To get the blood flowing a little faster, hold your fingers down for a few seconds before continuing with the massage. Doing this daily will help your follicles push out more hair.

Scalp stimulating oil
Mix together one tablespoon of Coconut oil, half a tablespoon of Jojoba oil, six drops of Tea Tree oil, and five drops of Rosemary oil. This mixture will nourish your scalp.
